Who are we?
The Little Extra! Closeness, security, and professionalism. Our homeowners and apartment owners should feel safe knowing that we are always there for them. We carefully select our guests because we care about the properties that are part of Emma’s House(s).
We value our guests and strive to deliver everything they might wish for—and hopefully a little more. Almost nothing is impossible.
I, Hege Emma Grönaker Lönnar, know Costa del Sol very well, having vacationed here since 1995 and now living here permanently. I am Norwegian and have lived in Sweden for 30 years.
We offer houses and apartments from Marbella to Estepona. We provide Chefs in the House, with the finest ingredients and food cooked with love—not only tasting exceptional but also a feast for the eyes.
If you are a property owner looking for someone to take care of your property, we have excellent references.
If you are a guest looking to rent through us, we ensure that your accommodation matches your expectations. We are also happy to assist with for example transfers, wine tastings, boat tours, horseback riding, and more.
All our apartments include AC, bed linens, towels, and fully equipped kitchens.

The heart of the Aloha Valley. Close to everything and then some. Aloha Gardens has 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated. Private parking in garage. Very close to restaurants, bars, padel, tennis, golf and hiking. 5 minutes to Puerto Banus. 40 minutes from the airport.
Andalucia Gardens is even closer to the port and beaches. 1 big pool and a privat tennis court.

Estepona
The most beautiful old town on the coast is right here in Estepona. Estepona also offers a nice little port with many restaurants and bars. The prices is lower than in Puerto Banus but only a 20 minutes drive away. Our apartments here have 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms.
